Everyone went above and beyond. Chris in sales was so help and knowledgeable. Finance was smooth and quick yet she took time to explain everything. Most important to me, no games, no lies. What was discussed and talked about on phone was exactly what was presented to me at signing.

Purchased a new Frontier from Monken Nissan in Centralia. Great experience and good people! Worked with Sales Consultant Shannon, and Rebecca in finance. Awesome experience! Dorothy in service was super sweet when recently servicing my Infinity. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and it's more important than ever to support local businesses. I'd strongly recommend Shannon, Rebecca, Dorothy, and Monken Nissan!

Shannon our salesperson was awesome! Answered our questions and was available to help whenever we needed it. Rebecca in financing was amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful with choosing packages we can really use.
I would recommend Monken for your vehicle purchase!

I have bought multiple cars with Monken's, and they have been the best experiences in all the many cars I have bought in my life and believe me there have been a lot. My salesperson, Shannon couldn't have been any more helpful with the process. The financial manager, Rebecca was very pleasant and professional. Everyone at Monken's has made the process of buying a new car easy and enjoyable.
