Purchased 4 tires online ahead of time and had in back of SUV. Bought online elsewhere. 9:00 am appointment on August 7 to have old tires removed and new tires mounted and balanced. Finally got car back just before close. Tires and wheels were left extremely dirty and exterior driver door and interior driver door/seat/center console of car was left extremely greasy, dirty, etc. Required quite a bit of elbow grease and chemicals to remove and look presentable again. No effort whatsoever to clean up vehicle and/or minimize. Overall not a great experience and will look elsewhere in the future as a result.

Well, they short filled my coolant during service. Car overheated a few days later…
I filled coolant myself since after hours on weekend. When I took it in this evening they seemed to understand the liability of the situation but just passed it off as “it happens.” No acknowledgment of the fact that I paid for a service and got shorted and had to fund my own solution. Telle’s service has really been slipping the past few years.

Kyle, service professional, did great job showing and explaining some difference in tires. Ordered a set of tires which they secured the same day. Returned next day for install. They were busy but got me in and out in reasonable time. Explained need for alignment had that done. Thought pricing was very fair and service good. Will be using in the future.

This was my first time to have service performed at Telle. I was impressed by the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Besides the oiI change, wheel alignment and tire rotation I had done, they also did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle with a list of recommendations. They gave me a printout of a detailed quote for the items that they noted that will need service performed. There was no sales pressure. I believe I have found my new go to place for servicing my vehicles.

I love this specific location of Telle. They go out of their way to always take of their customers, and they are by far the best in the area for servicing your car.

Kyle at the location in Ballwin is very good at explaining things clearly, working with you on pricing and consistently makes sure you are taken care of as a customer first. He always always tries to get prices lower where available and will give things to you straight when decisions on money need to be made. I can trust he will make sure the job is well done and is priced well.

Kyle is also someone who makes sure he knows your name and makes you feel valued by the business. He has been one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to this location. The entire team is also super eager to help, and they habitually make the entire experience swift, pleasant, and you end up confident your car will feel excellent out of the shop.

I recently got a new set of tires and some other maintenance in an older car I bought, and I was presented with a plan to get the car up to shape progressively (they made sure to explain what were absolute requirements vs what was optional and could wait). I will continue to trust this location with anything needed in the mechanical side of my cars.
