Horrible customer service, I bought a dress for sister I law and she didn’t like the material so I went back to exchange it to something else. The manager of the store was extremely rude and she accused me saying that the dress was worn and they cannot return it. The dress had all tags on from the front and back there whew minor deodorant mark which was left when I had tried the dress before making the purchase. I’ve shopped so many times with Laura and never had to deal with this type of customer service. The Laura store on trinity had shut down otherwise their
staff was also very kind and helpful but this Bramlea location the staff is so ignorant and disrespectful. If you ever want to buy anything from Laura please don’t buy it from Bramlea location go anywhere else but no this location because once you’ve made a purchase don’t even think about about returning or exchange I will be also complaining to there head office about these two ladies.

Maritza was very nice, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service. She made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with her.

Went to this store looking for a dress. Debbie was great, gave me tips to style the dress as well as helped me confirming if sizes are available. Even helped me with someone who can adjust the length of the dress. Five stars just for Debbie. P.S. Store is good , collection is great.

HereVery disappointed with the service I received at this Laura store. The staff member’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful from the beginning. She was speaking loudly, making negative gestures, and showing unnecessary attitude.
At one point she told me, “Don’t show me your attitude.” Is this really how customers are supposed to be treated? That statement was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.
Customer service requires basic manners and respectful communication. If someone does not want to deal with customers politely, then this is not the right job for them. There are many people who would appreciate the opportunity to work and treat customers properly.
This was a very poor experience and not the level of service anyone expects when visiting a store. I hope management takes this seriously.

We were looking for dresses for a wedding and had a positive experience at this location. The selection was what might be expected but what was refreshing was the excellent sales associates. We were welcomed and assisted by Jasleen who was very quick to understand what we needed and provided outstanding service suggesting various styles, colours and sizes to enable us to make an informed choice. Good location, great staff. Worth a visit.
