Adarsh from Red Seal Plumbing was very professional and helpful. I really appreciated that he kept my best interests and budget in mind. During his inspection, he identified that the problem was on City property and recommended contacting the City to have it fixed, helping me avoid unnecessary expenses. His honesty and practical advice made a great impression. Highly recommend!

The entire event was better than I could have predicted. From calling the company to Phablo’s arrival was surprisingly fast.
When he arrived he was very clear about the job and the cost I could expect. He was thorough in his approach and showed me what was happening. The job was done quickly and cleanup was efficient. Based on my experience I highly recommend this company

Red Seal is very responsive on picking up phone calls and efficient on scheduling. They can usually accomendate my appointment within 1-3 business days.

Phablo’s work is very detail-oriented, professional, and responsible. He carefully cleaned the drain tiles around our property and thoroughly inspected them to ensure there was no remaining debris, buildup, or sediment inside the system. He also took the time to explain the current condition of the system and clearly identified the areas that needed to be repaired or improved. Once the work was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up the entire area and made sure the site was left as clean and tidy as it was before.

Phablo is absolutely one of the most experienced plumbers I have ever worked with. He has extensive practical experience as well as strong technical knowledge in the inspection, diagnosis, and cleaning of drain tile systems.

We have used Red Seal’s drain tile services several times over the years—sometimes to remove tree roots that had grown into the drain tiles, and other times to inspect the system for blockages or other issues. Whenever we have any drain tile-related problem, Phablo at Red Seal is the first person I think of. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, meticulous, and reliable.

I had a great experience with Red Seal Plumbing, Paulo (originally from Brazil) was the serviceman. They responded quickly, Paulo arrived on time, and was super professional from start to finish. He diagnosed and fixed the issue, explaining everything clearly along the way. The quality of his work was excellent, and he left everything clean when done. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but Red Seal Plumbing definitely earned my trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable plumbing service.

Excellent communication from the moment I called and spoke with Adarsh. He was a pleasure to deal with—professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He removed our old garburator and installed all the necessary piping and a new strainer with great care and efficiency.

I highly recommend this company and especially Adarsh for his outstanding service.

I normally don’t post reviews but I wanted to recognize Red Seal for the amazing work they did to help me with a recent emergency where my water main suddenly failed. Alex came right away to assess the situation and discuss/clearly explain options for fixing the issue. The crew hooked my home up with temporary water while they started on identifying the source of the problem.

The replacement of the water line was more challenging than expected due to unexpected conditions underground that are not visible on the surface. Throughout the process, Phablo and Oscar kept me informed of the progress and were extremely patient in answering all of my questions. I was very impressed by Phablo and Oscar’s determination to find a way to fix the problem no matter what setbacks were encountered. If I could give them 10 stars I would as that is how impressed I was by their work ethic, customer service and quality of work. Needless to say my home was restored to the same condition prior to the incident.

There is a reason why Red Seal has such positive reviews. If you need a plumber/drainage company, I would highly recommend Red Seal.

One other thing I think is important to mention is my wife had returned from buying groceries and she had to park across the street as my driveway was occupied by contractor vehicles. Oscar was having his lunch and when he saw my wife carrying heavy boxes of groceries, he immediately put down his lunch and came over to help with the groceries. That speaks to the character of the people working at Red Seal.

We had a leak in our shower and Adarsh from Red Seal came out to take care of it. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. From booking the appointment to having the work done, every step was great. He diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it for us with a fair price and the utmost professionalism. If anyone asks us for a plumber recommendation in the future these are the only people I would tell them to call!

We initially hired Red Seal to help us unclog a drain. We liked their service enough to engage them to replace our drain tile system. It was a large job to say the least. David and the crew were great. Everyone on site was professional, kind and kept the property tidy despite the mud, dirt and dust that comes with a project of this size. Their pricing was competitive and transparent. We appreciated David's weekly (and sometimes daily!) updates. He was so helpful in answering our questions and teaching us all about our exterior plumbing system. I would recommend Red Seal to anyone.

Fantastic service! Pablo fixed the kitchen sink backup (caused by the building line), verified proper flow, and left the area spotless. Only after everything was resolved did he call the property manager to walk them through the work and recommendations. Highly recommend.
