I just ordered delivery and was given a different flavor that contained tree nuts while having a nut allergy. This is very dangerous and not the first time I have had flavor mix ups with this location. Giving a customer a flavor that looks similar because you have run out of what they ordered and don’t want to lose the sale is unacceptable! If my allergy were severe I could have ended up in the hospital!

Awful service. Went to the 18558 Woodfield Rd location in Gaithersburg MD as I would normally visit this location when I wanted a black and white (chocolate) milkshake on the evening of Sept 2. The young lady did not know what I was asking for and proceeded to insinuates that I was a liar when I said that I frequently visit this location and have ordered a black and white shake at this location many times. She said and I quote “funny, I’ve never seen you here”. Which caused me to walk out with no intention to ever return to this location.

I really enjoyed their ice cream. I ordered an Uber Eats order and they canceled my ice cream from like three different places and this one was the final one I ordered from. I switched it to pick up.

I was already irritated with Uber eats and displaced my anger towards them and thought they skimped on the whipped cream. I yelled at them about it being so skimp and being like what the hell. But instead of arguing back, they just ended up putting more whipped cream on it. Little did I know, that once I went home, I saw the whipped cream melted into the shake and I felt even worse. It wasn’t even them not putting enough whip whipped cream on it. It’s just the nature of what happens with the ice cream milkshake.

Now that we’ve gotten out of the way how much of a jerk I can be, they didn’t react poorly. I will remember that and show up in better light, esp because my frustration was never toward them it was toward Uber Eats. Sorry 🙏 I also am doing a medication switch that prob tuned up my annoyance radar. I will work on it. But here are 5 stars to the staff that deserve it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! Birthday cake had plastic all throughout the cake separating the ice cream and cake. Brought the whole cake back to get refund and manager said "There is supposed to be plastic separating so the ice cream would not melt." The manager needs to get fired and thank you for ruining my son's birthday.

Store is a combo with Dunkin' Donuts. Quite the bit of real estate at the shopping center! I think the staff works both sides though. Went to get ice cream cake. Picked one out of the freezer case. There were quite a variety to choose from. They were all nicely decorated, but wanted to add happy birthday to the one we picked out. The cake was a little on the smaller size, but one of the folks behind the counter said they could fit happy birthday and a name. We were surprised by how well it fit and how nice it looked!

Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Lots of ice cream flavors available in the case. I zoned in on my favorites, but skipped getting a scoop cause we had ice cream cake! Would visit this shop again!
