My experience at this Red Ribbon location was wonderful, with special thanks to MG who was working the counter. He exhibited excellent customer service, and was very kind when answering all my questions. As for the food, it was great quality and very tasty. I will definitely be back, and totally recommend!

Just picked up Mocha cake and empanadas. Judy was sooo nice and had great customer service. From our initial phone call conversation to in-person when I picked up my goodies, she was so friendly and so helpful. Super accommodating!!! I had lots of questions about the ube leche flan cake and mocha cake — all were answered with truth and honesty. I went with the mocha cake since it’s a surprise for my boyfriend and he’s a big coffee guy. Judy and MG exceeded my expectations! Would highly recommend!

Delicious food and baked goodies! Friendly, fast, and professional service! We love this place. Try the arroz caldo, perfect for the cold weather. Delicious noodle dish with shrimp sauce, and the empanadas are amazing! This is our new hangout for sure!
Ate too fast and forgot to take pics of the dishes, but I’m getting this mango cake to go; so you lucked out with the one pic I took ❤️

Welcome Red Ribbon to Bakeshops community in Silver Spring, MD. A new good choices for sweet fans to try. It is interesting that they have different styles and flavors of cakes and pastries from others bakery shops in this area as Red Ribbon is a Filipino bakery. I had Rocky Road slice cake and Choco Mocha Crunch slice cake. They were tasty and not too sweet. Service was fine. Anyway, the interior is quite simple but new and clean.

Besides desserts, there are some Filipino traditional dishes/meals offer for customers with a few dine in tables too. Also sell various flavors bread packages. I didn't try yet but maybe next time.
