One of the best experiences I've ever had at any shop. Everyone was super friendly and professional. You couldn't ask for more. They had me in and out of here in 26 minutes.

They didn't try to haggle me or upsell me on anything. They knew I was a car enthusiast and they knew if I needed something I would simply ask for it. They know how to read their customers and know when to try to sell them and when not to. These guys are the gold standard.

I'm a bit picky about my BMW M50i so I got a front row seat at the window and watched them work.

These guys worked so well it was like watching a symphony take place. They did everything perfect. Speed tested everything correctly they torqued everything correctly they were gentle with my wheels.
These guys really impressed me.

This is the go-to place for tires. I purchased a complete set online for Labor Day and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I was immediately greeted by Jack upon arriving. He was professional and personable.

It took a little less than 15 minutes to have my tires installed. My vehicle is now more stable at high speeds, and the steering is more responsive.

I highly recommend Discount Tire off Cobb Parkway to anyone looking to get new tires. You can't beat the combination of price, service, and speed. I will be back in the future!

Absolutely love Discount Tires! Have used them for years. My visit today was no less impressive. Jacob met me outside as soon as I arrived and got to work while engaging me in pleasant conversation which included educating me on my tires condition. GREAT personality and an asset to the company! Likewise, Benjamin, the technician who worked on my car was also very communicative with the status of the work and when to expect its completion. All of the staff were very friendly to everyone who came through their doors.

This was by far the best experience I have had at this store over the years. When I arrived, a gentleman was outside waiting for me. He inspected my tires immediately and set me up for service without any wait. This was a case of very high customer service. I was in and out within about 45 minutes. Now the issue is consistency. Can Discount Tire deliver this experience with every visit? I hope they can, but it has been hit or miss in the past. Delivering a consistently high customer experience would be a competitive advantage.

Great experience. Stop in to have a tire patched due to a nail, they quickly checked me and estimated 1hr and 45 min wait time. Less than an hour later car was ready and repaired for FREE. I did not buy my tires here and never have been a customer in the .past
