The young man who answered the phone at 3 pm today 10/07/26 needs to learn better customer service. Asked about my batteries that were left there to charge overnight, he said he didn't know anything about them, claimed there were like 6 batteries back in the back. Placed me on hold, still on hold and it's been 6 minutes, I know that store isn't that big that it takes someone 6 plus minutes to go to the back. 10 minutes. Had someone else call and they were rude to him too

Only went there for wipers this time around but I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Early in believe he said his name was. Super good attitude had a smile the whole time. Thanked me for my purchase. Thats the type of attitude everyone needs when they work that position.

2 guys working the store when busy. Stood in line for 10 minutes with zero help. When I did get to the counter the phone rang and the guy said to wait. Zero apologies, no hussle. Poor experience.

Had an exceptional experience here because of Billy. My car key FOB died while traveling out of town. It was an added stress while traveling that wasn’t needed. Billy helped with accessing my car details, getting the correct battery, and installing it (at my request). He was kind, pleasant, and friendly. Really appreciated the extra care and attention.

By far one of my favorite locations to visit and get quotes on parts. Briana, the commercial parts counter is awesome. Definitely recommend if you need parts to quickly get back on the road.
