Amazing customer service... This is my second time visiting this location in 2 weeks. On my first visit we discovered I had 2 nails in my front tire. Today is my second visit and guess what??? I have a third nail in the same tire. Joshua made me smile and laugh even though today's trip cost me $450. The gentleman at this location are WONDERFUL. My tech was Xavier. Xavier was polite and provided service with a smile. The men here are always eager to help.

Thank you Joshua, Xavier and all the awesome men at Discount Tire Hiram...

I took my wife's Jeep to get new tires here after a competitor kept promising us the tires we ordered "would be here tomorrow" after 5 days of getting the run around I called Discount. They not only found the same tires, they price matched the competition AND got us taken care of within a day. On top of this the wait time was insanely short. I don't know how they do it but they're quick!
Today I took my truck in to get tires rotated and balanced. The estimated wait time was an hour. I was out in 25 minutes! They have a customer for life. I can't recommend them enough.

Customer service representative Juwan is the absolute greatest professional customer service rep that I’ve ever had the opportunity to deal with! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient and professional in taking care of our vehicle! I would like to take a minute and make sure that he understands that his way of handling people is top notch! I’m so grateful for him and the team at Discount Tire! I highly recommend Juwan handle your tire needs! He deserves a raise and a bonus! Great, great, great job! Thank you so much!!!! Juwan should be the store manager because he has what it takes and the skills to make it happen!!!

Do not take your car here! I came on Friday 4/17 to have them look at my tire because it had a slow leak. They told me it had a nail in the tire and that they patched it. He also stated to ignore my tire pressure light because that would reset after I drove on the tire for a few minutes. Well a few minutes came and the tire pressure light never went off. I looked at my dash and it showed the “patched” tire was still at 20 psi. I was irritated but assumed they forgot to put air back in it after patching it. Wrong! I put air in my tire when I made it home and woke up the next day to it being low again. It consistently leaked air the whole week. I finally decided to buy a new tire offline and had a local tire shop put it on. When they took the tire off, they stated there was no patch. Pissed is an understatement. Discount Tire lied to me and wasted my time.
