For many years, Salem Five has been our family’s trusted bank, and we truly can’t imagine banking anywhere else. My mother, my husband and I, and both of our children all have our accounts there, and the Cabot Street branch consistently provides exceptional, personalized service.

A special thank you to Michelle Jackson, Thi Pham, and especially Nick Israelson for going above and beyond throughout our most recent banking process. Michelle and Thi first introduced us to the product and took the time to thoroughly explain how it would fit our specific situation. Nick was incredibly patient, accommodating my hectic end-of-school-year schedule and always taking the time to answer—and re-answer—every question I had. At every step, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Our customer service representative was Rozana Cotzany - my wife and I went in because of an issue of fraud regarding our checking account. We thought it was a simple “open a new checking account” and as things went on with her help we realized paperwork and secure chat items we thought were all set hadn’t been. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement especially seeing as by the time we came down from Maine to deal with this issue we weren’t in an especially good mind set. Rozana reached out to Sue Fang from your Beverly Farms location, who is always cordial and efficient in our time of need, for information and then She cordially and effectively worked us through multiple processes, opening a new account - new debit cards - filling out the fraud paperwork ( which I had previously sent in), and by the time my wife and I left we couldn’t believe what had just been done for us. A ++++ and many kudos to Rozana she could certainly be a role model for any education or intern programs you may have.

Great local Bank! Friendly and helpful in many ways! I have not had a bad experience there - CDs, open an account, checking credit and dealing with hard issues of closing accounts after a death. In terms of a small bank - I am glad to do business there.

I have been banking with Salem 5 in Beverly for past 15 plus years and love so many things about it. Opening hours and polite, helpful staff! Their ATM FEES back policy is amazing.
