We are absolutely blown away by the service from Mr. Sparkle! Tristan was our technician this time, and he truly went above and beyond in every way.

He was professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. Tristan didn’t just do a quick clean; he made sure everything was spotless. Our deck, driveway, downspouts, gutters, walkways, and windows all look absolutely amazing. The transformation is night and day, our home literally shines!

What really stood out was how thorough he was. He didn’t miss a single detail and treated our home with care and attention like it was his own.

We’ve also had other technicians from Mr. Sparkle in the past, and they’ve all been fantastic too. Consistently great service every time. That kind of reliability is hard to find!

5 stars. After another roof de-mossing company took my deposit and never showed up, Jonathan and his son Tristan stepped in and delivered exactly as promised. I contacted Jonathan on Saturday as I was getting my house ready to list for sale and they fit me in by Monday, despite the short notice.

They were extremely professional, kind, and did excellent work. After hearing what happened with the other company, they even gave me a discount, which was extremely generous and greatly appreciated.

Reliable, honest, and easy to work with — highly recommended to everyone.

Dealing with Jonathan to establish a quote and set up service was fast and efficient. I appreciated his clear communication and took advantage of the February special price that was offered. Tristan the Technician that came to our house did an excellent job of cleaning and demossing our roof as well as leaving the exterior of our house looking nice and fresh. Windows and gutters were also cleaned - excellent job. We are very happy with our service. Would use them again and recommend.

Jonathan and his son, Tristan did a marvellous job. This was our second year using Mr Sparkle to do our roof, gutters, siding and windows and they never cease to amaze me with their expertise. Even in the cold weather of January, everything was awesome. You won’t be disappointed. 5 out of 5 stars.
