Was misdiagnosed by them, they said I had strep throat when it was acid reflux.
They once sent me a writ of summons two years after seeing them instead of billing insurance initially or sending a bill in the mail like regular people. They usually took hours just to do a mediocre job. Go elsewhere.

My daughter went here with with a sore throat, swollen gums and swollen glands. The Dr. did not even give her a strep or mono test. She sent her home and told her if it gets worse come back??!! Who does that? At least do a rapid strep and culture so if her throat gets worse and culture comes back positive she can get antibiotics in her right away! When a child is far from home at University, you would hope that the Dr. she goes to would give you peace of mind rather than stress.

All of the other employees were nice but the front desk lady wasn’t super kind when I came in. I came in with a sore throat and could barely speak and she kept telling me to speak louder. I was pale, clammy, had no color in my face or lips, and had to keep sitting down and she didn’t bat an eye. I asked for a wheelchair and pointed but she must not have heard me. If I were in her position I would have offered an alternative, like allowing me to give my info while seated or offering the wheelchair. She didn’t have the best attitude didn’t seem to care that I was on the verge of passing out.

Edit: I chose to add an additional star. The facility was nice and the staff were very kind. The issue boils down to a couple staff members who failed to inform me of a policy.

This location looks nice. Modern with an all glass waiting room. The trouble I had at this location is that they failed to tell me that although they gave me a temporary DOT physical safety certificate good for 3 months, I would have had to give them a note from my doctor addressing concerns they had within 45 days or I would have to retake the physical at another $80! In addition to that, I was made to fill out all the paperwork again and of course the time missed from work waiting to actually get the physical. Though I was glad to save some time providing a urine sample while waiting, they had me carry it though the waiting room which I found embarrassing. Truly a failure on their part. One piece of information could have saved me all this hassle. I will not come back to this location.
