I paid $25 for a large fry, 1 gas station level hot dog and 2 small drinks. I couldn't even believe it. The only reason I went is because after my son's swim meet he wanted to taste your French fries. He had never had them.

I can go to Costco and get a small drink and a hot dog that's triple the size of the one served at five guys for a $1.50.

Shameful.

The five guys location itself was fine. The employees were nice. It was clean and they were quick to get the food out..

As a company do better.

Everyone that works here is nice. I do like that they offer peanuts. I have noticed that more times than not my burger is burned. The fries are good.

First time ever eating here.... food was great! My only disappointment was they did not have ranch sauce to dip my fries. Other than that the food and service was perfect!

Used to be good. Idk what happened. But the Cbus one has went downhill. Stingy on the fries now. The wife n i used to split a large n both be full. But now not so much. N with the language barrier, (with every person that was there) her burger got mushroom instead of mustard! N was outta Fanta n the carbonation sucked so our whole dinner got screwed. The greenwood one is way better!

1st off this review is based on 5 guys as a whole not specifically this restaurant.. a burger small fries and a drink were 18.25 ?!?!! Are you kidding me ??? A sit down restaurant with better quality food is cheaper!. Burgers are trash... tasteless, bland meat. Absolutely disgusting. The freestyle drink machines are always gross and taste bad...every company should get rid of these. 5 guys only saving grace for even a 1 star based on the food is the fries. Fries are on point 5 stars for fries. 5 stars for service and people. They were great. I would give negative stars of possible for the burgers and prices....also when you post signs in the restaurant of how good 5guys is, or how much of a bargain it is, or how tasty it is..its probably bs...a place that was really that good wouldn't feel the need to tell us before hand.
