Just went in to use the restroom and get a drink. They did not have soap in the men’s restroom. When I asked the person cleaning the ladies restroom for some she went and checked and said they had none. So I went and talked to the front desk person and they also said they had none. They did not seem to care and did not make a big deal out of it at all. She had to take us into the back employee area so that we could wash our hands. Who knows how long they did not have soap in the men’s restroom for, and there wasn’t even a dispenser on the wall….wow. I didn’t want to touch a single thing in the store after that.

This place is overpriced (the food and beverage). Its disgusting as well, there are cigarette butts and bird droppings all over the front. The garbages are literally overflowing. It seems unsafe as well, blocking the front door with a chair etc... and why would I have to send an email? This has obviously been seen. Why don't you get some customer service and submit this yourself, why make things even more difficult for the customer? That makes a lot of sense.

Restaurant doesn't open until 1100. Bar doesn't open until 1500. About 7 REAL parking spots for big trucks. Would've liked to enjoyed the restaurant. Maybe next time.

This place had a little bit of everything, food, snacks, bathrooms, a bar. Outside table, a dog relief area. Then we walked to stretch and seen horses. It was awesome and the view behind the horses looked so like a picture. It was beautiful

I would like to file a complaint about a store clerk for racial discrimination. When the clerk realized that we were tourists and not local residents, their attitude became extremely rude and hostile.

The clerk, who wears glasses, has red hair, and is severely overweight, kept speaking about us in a disrespectful manner and stared at us with a strange and uncomfortable expression. They deliberately prevented us from sitting down to eat the food we had just purchased, and attempted to drive us away with an extremely aggressive and unprofessional attitude.

During working hours, the clerk was constantly playing on their phone. Even after completing the checkout, they did not look at us at all, kept their head down staring at their phone, and dismissively said, “You can leave,” which was highly disrespectful.

This behavior was extremely inappropriate and unacceptable, and I believe it reflects serious misconduct and discrimination that should be investigated.
