The absolute worst experience ever. I called twice on the phone and was put on hold for over an hour each time. When I went into the branch, for a simple debit card replacement, I had to wait over 45 minutes, just to be told I can not get a card today. This was after they shredded my card, leaving me with no ability to use any of my money. Worst branch ever.

Dorah extended my loans out & brought my interest rates way down where I could have wiggle room now each month with my $. Thnx for your patience with me all these years MACU!

Absolutely unprofessional and deeply frustrating experience. This situation exists because a loan was issued without ensuring a proper title was secured, which should have been handled before financing was ever finalized. That failure is not the customer’s mistake, yet I’ve been treated as though I’m responsible for cleaning up a problem created by their process.

Instead of taking ownership, I’ve dealt with finger-pointing, poor communication, and pressure to solve an issue that should never have become my burden. At one point this even impacted access to my bank account, which is unacceptable.

Customers trust financial institutions and auto lenders to do basic due diligence. Failing to secure title paperwork and then shifting the consequences onto the customer is beyond careless. I expected professionalism and accountability and got neither. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
