Completely ruined the fountain drinks with the touchscreen. Used to come in almost every morning before work to grab a diet dr pepper, now it tastes like carbonated water, that just had some Dr Pepper near it or something. Today was the worst as it had no flavor. Sucks because this one is closest to home, have to start going McDonald’s or Sonic. Gave it a few tries but it’s just nasty now

Last time I went to the quick trip at harry and oliver, they had none of the sandwich items available on the menu. And that was very disappointing, because that is what I drove all the way there, to get a simple bite to eat.And was not able to get it, so I had to get choices that I did not want

Congratulations to the kitchen staff for achieving the impossible: they managed to burn a microwave breakfast sandwich under a heat lamp.
That takes a special kind of drunk incompetence. My sandwich was harder than prison concrete, less edible than a hockey puck, and about as welcoming as a DUI checkpoint. This place doesn’t serve food—
they serve lifelong regrets and bad decisions on a tray.
