The kids helping at the register were very friendly, patient and accommodating. The young lady was Jordyn but I didn't catch the young man's name, high school aged, blonde hair. The service was fantastic and the food was perfect.

HELLO AGAIN YALL!! Today Im at a place called McAlisters deli, right in thr middle of their lunch rush. Despite the rush of ppl, the young lady that took me and my families obnoxious order ;) she was accurate, polite, and speedy. I think i caught her name was Kelly? Maybe Kally? Idk for sure but THANKS FOR PUTTING UP WITH US! Now down to brass tacks yall. The soap they provide in the bathroom is good but the water pressure in the sink wasn't too good, and the sensor didnt seem to work very well, aka finniky. The food was good, I got the Choose 2 special and got 2 spuds for myself (FATTY ALERT!). And while I did enjoy the spuds, the plates did NOT seem fully clean and the handles of the silverware seemed to have some sort of debris left on them. The tables did seem a little left uncleared, but pls bear in mind everyone, THIS WAS LUNCH RUSH! I will not call McAlisters as a bad food place simply because of these issues. Im an easy going guy who can roll with most things in restaurants as long as the food is good, and it WAS! For these reasons, I gave the Atmosphere 3/5. Despite that all I really did like everything and look forward to the next time I swing by! Thank you McAlisters!!

Wonderful experience both times. We stopped on our way to Colorado and on our way back. The hospitality and caring staff were amazing. I wish I would have written down their names. We were there 7/8 and 7/12. Thank you for such a positive and great experience.

Today was my first time eating at McAlister’s in Salina. It was a great experience! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The salad I had was delicious!! It was better and bigger than what I have had at Panera’s. I am planning for a reunion in 2 months and want to order their Box Lunches. The Manager came out and showed me how to use their App. She was very helpful!! I will definitely return to try other items other menu!!!!!

We eat here as much as possible never had bad luck. Food always good service good. Clean. Friendly. On this particular day we was going to try Panera but went to counter to order girl had to run back to answer her text. So we went to McAllister. Lesson learned dont go anywhere else.
