My husband and I had appointments with Diane. Candice greeted us upon our arrival and informed Diane we were there.
Diane asked how our hearing aids were functioning. She administered retests to both of us. The results were discussed, and indicated adjustments were made.
Diane then followed up on these, checking to determine if the adjustments were working and if we were comfortable with them.
We were very pleased with the services that were rendered. We plan on going back in the future for our hearing needs.
