She is very nice and helpful and concerned about my hearing so she's trying to make sure that I get my new hearing aid's as quickly as possible.

Technician was quite knowledgeable in the information presented and answered my questions.
Offered a 10 day trial of one of the aids I was interested in possibly purchasing.

Olivia is amazing! So patient and kind. She made everything easy for us, coordinating with insurance, purchases, and payments. The free demo pair was a very unexpected bonus and sealed the deal! Thank you Audio Nova and Olivia. They do free hearing exams too!

The Audio Nova location in Lacey Wa is great, from the front desk to the audiologist, Olivia, the experience was wonderful.

I got my first pair of Phonak hearing aids here. Olivia was great to work with, very thorough with teaching me how to use and care for them, very knowledgeable about the hearing aids and adjusting them to fit my lifestyle! The phone app is great!

Would highly recommend this location for their subject matter expertise, wonderful and friendly customer service.
