I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have rarely had to wait once I'm checked in. At my last visit my doctor referred me to another Everett Clinic location. That location was calling me to set up an appointment before I got to my house. Pretty awesome.

I hurt my knee and was in excruciating pain. I made an online appointment the last one available at 6:30 pm. Everything about this Clinic was excellent! I have never had this good of service at a doctor's office before. So glad I did not go to the ER at the hospital. I did not have to wait long and everyone was kind and helpful. The doctor here was amazing. He knew just how to examine my knee ordered the necessary x-rays, was able to get the x-rays immediately. I was done in 1 hour , left with a knee brace and meds that I needed. I will always go here in the future. I am sold on Harbor Point clinic!

I had a good experience. My issue was found quickly, and the cost for service and diagnostics was much cheaper than I was expecting for a walk-in appointment. I know getting a good medical experience can be up to luck often, but in my case I was satisfied with my care.

Just attempting to pick up doctor's notes for someone other than myself. They ask me a bunch of questions about his information. How would someone who is not the patient have the information? The front desk clerk could not find the paperwork requested so a rude lady helped her. Obviously they said the paperwork was ready as I am here to pick it up. I would recommend better customer service training I waited a long time to just get the notes, also they were very rude.

My doctor is with the Everett Clinic and I am very happy with their system. Every specialist that you may need, as well as every test you may need, is connected to the same data base. My records are always easily accessible. I have used the walk-in clinic for week-end or after hours needs. I expect to wait depending on their current schedule, and they are always willing to provide estimated waiting times. It's been my experience that it is much faster than they estimate. The medical personnel is made up of very caring people no matter who I have dealt with.
