Sami was very patient, friendly, courteous, He helped me to pick out a living room set with coffee table and end tables and lamps; and a bedroom set with dresser, mirror, end table and a recliner chair Rudy who is a long time employee will be delivering my furniture to me when Sami contacts me to set up a delivery date. The reason is he didn't have the bed frame I wanted so he ordered it for and has to wait for it to be brought to the store.

Delivery was a bit crazy as I was told there would be a call on Monday or Tuesday then on Wednesday I called back and was later told they would call Thursday. Thursday came and said be here between 12-3 and the on Friday call said 3-6. They should up at 1 on Friday and the guys who delivered were great. Quick and efficient. Hence the 5 stars. If I based it off communication I would go 2.5 maybe 3.

Love the furniture.
