Great location and the staff were very welcoming and understanding to our needs and preferences as customers who were looking to purchase furniture to upgrade our living room. Shoutout to Tran for guiding us through the showroom and giving us his recommendations based on what we wanted. It was a pleasant experience visiting this business!

We had a great experience at American Furniture in Elk Grove. The showroom was clean and well organized, with a huge variety of furniture to choose from. They have beautiful sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture, and many unique pieces for every style and budget.

The sales representative was very kind, patient, and professional. They answered all of our questions without being pushy and made the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service!

Q was very patient and helped us to find the right sofas. I would recommend using him every time you buy from this store. The customer service level was above and beyond anyone in other furniture stores.the delivery guys were very professional and built the furniture to fit the room. They willing to change the sofa around until my wife was happy. Great job all around.

Ken at American Furniture Gallery provided excellent help and advice. He made selection and purchase very quick, easy, and stress free. When I came in I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. He didn’t use and pressure sales tactics. He will let you browse unhassled, quickly and clearly answers questions. He also gave helpful advice as to purchase, delivery and financing deals. I absolutely recommend working with Ken at American Furniture Gallery for your furnishing needs!

I've been trying to find a comfortable all purpose chair to use in my tiny one effecency room rental and I finally decided to go into a real furniture store and buy something in person as my mother advised. I'm so grateful that John was working when I came in. He spent so much time with me sitting on different small chairs trying to figure out what could fit in my tiny space and still be fictional all around. He actually selected this chair for me after me whining about how I needed the chair to be comfortable whenever I'm wacthing movies at home since I don't go outside too much. He used his ruler and gave me tips on how to move it around whenever I'm not working. I'm so grateful for the patience and understanding.
