I purchased a queen mattress and bed set from Mega Furniture, and from the very first night I knew the mattress was not right for me. The very same day it was delivered, I contacted the store to ask about returning or exchanging it because it was extremely uncomfortable.

I spoke with Greg and explained the situation, letting him know I had called immediately after realizing the mattress would not work for me. Instead of trying to help, I was told that because the mattress had been “used,” they would not accept a return. How else is a customer supposed to know if a mattress is comfortable without sleeping on it?

What frustrates me the most is that I acted quickly and contacted them right away, yet I was given the runaround and no reasonable solution was offered. It feels like once they have your money, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.

Buying a mattress is a major purchase, and customers should be able to trust that a company will stand behind its products and work with them when there is an issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Mega Furniture.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a mattress from Mega Furniture carefully review their policies before purchasing. If you’re unhappy with your mattress, don’t expect much help. Very disappointing experience.

At this point, I am requesting that Mega Furniture make this right and provide a fair resolution. I contacted the store immediately after delivery, yet my concerns have been ignored and dismissed. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating my complaint to Mega Furniture's corporate office and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection organizations. I would much rather resolve this directly with the company, but after the lack of customer service I have received, I feel I have no other choice.

Great experience! We walked in with our two year old son after having been in multiple furniture stores. Needless to say, we were tired. We were greeted by Terrill. He showed us around and answered our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We felt welcomed. A kind woman named Ashley helped us by watching our two year old as we looked around with Terrill. Prices are competitive. You have the option to design and custom order furniture through a local builder. Delivery fees are reasonable. We highly recommend this place!

Our sales associate was Rosie and she was patient and kind. She didn't rush or crowd us while we looked around. She explained everything to us and her customer service was awesome. Proud owner of a new dining room set.

My review is about Ev at Mega Furniture. I went into the store with no intention of purchasing a sofa that day, I explained to Ev that I was having issues with my pets on my current couch and told him that I was struggling to find something that was pet friendly. I was in the store less than 5 minutes before he showed me the couch I brought home a week later. He showed me a high performance sofa that is built to withstand not only pet stains, but is water resistant and the durability is just incredible! My family and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase, Ev what's not only friendly and listened to exactly what I needed, but he provided outstanding customer service! Also, the delivery was outstanding and again, great customer service. I would buy furniture from this place and from Ev again in the future, I highly recommend Mega Furniture
