My package has been sitting at the Indianapolis Distribution Center since July 25th with no updates, and it’s now August 6th. I filed a Missing Mail Search, but I’ve still received no information. The package contained an irreplaceable antique family photograph. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. This location needs to be investigated considering they have been all over the news for this same reason.

Very disappointing experience. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but after checking in, the employee left and we were left waiting for 45 minutes without anyone helping us or providing an update.
Customer service was extremely poor. Being a federal building does not excuse treating people with disrespect or making them feel ignored. They need employees who genuinely care about the people they serve and communicate professionally. I hope they improve their customer service and respect customers' time.

It's been about a month, I haven't received my letter, I had a note that was left at the door, eventually I went over to the post office, and kept trying to figure out what happen with my letter, I've spoken to the supervisor and filed a lost package, and they said they'll be in touch with you as soon as possible to see what happen to the package and nothing. went again and told me to call the supervisor & no answer.

Some one is opening/ stealing mail from here. My mother in-law has sent so many cards out for birthdays and it hasn't been making it for the last two years. This place needs to be looked into. Im pretty sure its illegal to tamper with other people's mail. How the hell would someone feel so comfortable doing something like this.

I had a phenomenal experience with this location. My package was lost and I didn’t receive it come 2 weeks after the date I was supposed to. Mindy went above and beyond to help me locate the package and get it to me within five business days. She was extremely kind and even reached out to let me know that she emailed other facilities to locate my package and that she’d continue working until I got it. I appreciate her willingness to help me get my package & appreciate all her help!!
