Absolute garbage. They lied and claimed that my package was being held at the post office per customer request (i made no such request). Then after I drove all the way here and waited my turn in line, they said its still on the driver's truck, even though I called before I showed up and confirmed it was at this location. I will be filing a complaint with them after submitting this review.

I would like to file a complaint about the customer service I received during my visit today.

The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke Spanish, but instead of making the interaction easier, she treated me with disrespect and made me feel unwelcome. No customer deserves to be treated that way.

Customer service employees should treat everyone with courtesy and respect, regardless of the language they speak or their background. I left feeling humiliated and disappointed by the way I was treated.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure customers are treated professionally and respectfully in the future.

Having these postal workers working in AUSTIN TX, where it’s 93 degrees with no A/C should be a crime. There’s literally one postal worker working the entire line by herself. No bueno. Been in line fore 25 minutes. Do better USPS!!

I have been using this USPS location for a long time and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with any shipping or mailing needs. Wait times are usually short and the service is handled quickly and professionally. They offer a great range of services and the employees are knowledgeable about all available options. I always leave feeling satisfied and would highly recommend this post office to anyone in the area.

Back in December, we had to order new mailbox keys after moving into our rental. We’re approaching March and the keys have yet to be made. I absolutely dread my weekly trip to this location to pick up my mail; it’s always at least a half an hour wait in line regardless of the time of day. Some friendly staff, some not so much. I can’t blame them though, working here seems like a nightmare.
