Friendly and very helpful staff at this location! Love my new community!

I have a sign on my mailbox that my mail carrier hits every day. When confronted about she said she will continue to hit it every day. I have even watched her intentionally back into it trying to break it. All she needed to do was ask me to move it not intentionally try to destroy it.

Super unprofessional. Not even wearing masks over their nose and on top of that she told me that my package was there but I couldn’t have it till later. WHYYYY!? do not go here. Sucks that is this great little community we have the worst post office in all of Ohio. I’d rather drive an hr to Youngstown. Smh

I ordered some shoes from Amazon for work. The package was to big to fit in my p.o box so it had to be put in bigger locker. The problem is they put the key in someone else's p.o box and that someone else took the package home. They said they would investigate it but what's to investigate they gave someone else my package. Will they bring it back slight possibility but i doubt it. The staff has always been very nice to deal with but i don't know if I trust USPS anymore. I'm constantly getting someone else's mail in my p.o box but at least I take it to the counter and tell them it's not mine.

My review is on the staff at the counter since I see them practically weekly. They are the best! Better than any other post office I've visited. Chuck, Chrissy, Leroy....all 3 are exceptionally nice, helpful people. Very customer service oriented.
