Anita helped me ship a package to a friend in Poland and provided excellent service every step of the way. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her dedication to ensuring everything went smoothly made the experience stress-free. If I could give her six stars, I would.

Online Open Hours are shown as 8:00am - 6pm Mon - Fri, and the customer entrance door confirms the same, but I’ve been here on two occasions and on both I left after 30 minutes as there was no sign of any activity. The most recent time (30th January, 2026), I was there before 8am to drop off a package ASAP before heading to work. Kept checking from 8am-8:30am but by the time I left at 8:30am, all doors were still locked - both customer entrance and employee entrance - and there was no sign of activity inside. The lights inside were off. I don’t know if the business is ever open.

Worked with Megan today to ship DHL envelopes to pertinent customers. She was professional and helpful with a friendly demeanor. The interaction was accomplished within a few minutes to ensure policy adherence and security. This location has been a good source of information over the past few visits and I appreciate the care of all the associates I have met over the last 2 months. The interior is clean and bright with an informative exterior. On the customer side of the counter, this review is accessible through a QR code sticker which was mentioned at the conclusion of our conversation.
