I have been a regular customer since July and am totally happy with the quick friendly service and the great deals that I get. I can even call ahead to pick up a walk-in order and that way I don't have to wait after ordering. I call the store direct at 289-296-5073.

so i have to be honest i love gino's pizza but the service there (besides walk in service) is horrific. By the way any offer they have in the phone book they don't honor and on top of that the number is wrong. When i looked up the number on the internet and called not only were they rude but they actually yelled at me. I work in customer service and not only was i dissatissfied but i was pissed off!!

We had just become some what of regular customers of Gino's on Lundy's Lane. I phoned for a panzaroitti to be picked up and was told by the order taker that I didn't meet the minimum for a pick up order and had to order something more. After pointing out just how stupid that sounded she agreed to process my order and it would be ready for me to pick up in 20 minutes. 25 minutes or so later I arrived at the pick up to find that not only was it not ready, they hadn't even given it to the preparer and I was told it would be a while longer. I told them to forget it and returned home and called to speak with a customer service person. I began to explain the problem I had with Gino's and the snot nosed arrogant condescending youngster began his conversation with "one thing you are going to have to understand" at which time I chose to hang up and find a new favorite pizza place. I did not forget to mark a star above because "0" is what you deserve
