Instead of just rushing through the house to get it over with, Fermin felt like a knowledgeable friend walking through it with us. He was incredibly thorough and even brought out a neat thermal imaging camera to double-check that there weren't any hidden water leaks or electrical issues tucked away behind the walls. We had a great experience with Fermin. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he was extremely patient and thorough throughout the entire inspection.

He explained everything in simple terms, from the furnace and electrical panel to the sump pump and safety features, making it easy for us to understand how the house works and what to watch out for. My new home inspection had to be done quickly to satisfy the condition for purchase. Mr Robles was available quickly and flexible with the time. He gave me his report very rapidly and the report gave me security as to what needed to be done.
