Stephen was great, so professional and kind. I wanted to sell my commercial real estate and do a lease back sale. He came to my office on Tuesday, we put up a listing on Saturday, and on Sunday he had a buyer. Then by Tuesday, we had an executed contract. He made it smooth, fast and simple. I recommend him highly.

Steven is one of the most knowledgeable and caring agents I have ever worked with. He transacted a rather involved and difficult commercial real estate transaction for me with the highest degree of professionalism imaginable . I would recommend him highly .

Started communications in an effort to find help location office space either by lease or rent. Had a phone conversation and received listings but after that it went radio silent. I've sent out several e-mails without response. Moving on to another realtor.

Update:
The team has made a substantial effort to contact me and apologize which is appreciated and reflects good business practices. Unfortunately, I’ve already secured another agent but it speaks to their professionalism which I felt was important to note.

I have had the pleasure of working with Steven Silverman with Tampa Commercial Real Estate on multiple projects. He by far is the best broker I have worked with and he exceeded our expectations. He always has our best interests in mind whether we are buying or selling property. When we find a property he will go over and beyond to get the deal done. He is always ready to jump in and help out with anything we need. If you are looking for a great broker to get deals done Steven is the guy.

Steven did an amazing job helping us find our new office in St. Petersburg, Florida. We were looking for 7,000 sq. feet that would work for our marketing agency, and he was instrumental into helping us find it, as well as finalizing the paperwork with the landlord. We had a great experience working with Steven, and I'm sure we will work with him again in the future!
