Perl and Renee were incredibly kind and made the tour such an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful, and the entire community looks absolutely stunning. We can’t wait to move in soon and become part of such a beautiful and welcoming community.

Rene provided us with a tour on the apartments and she was definitely a big selling point. She provided so much information on the community and all the cool amenities. We have done tours before at other locations where the attitude was just not great and that was a huge point for us but Rene did Amazing at showcasing the location.

This is my third amazing year at Carlton Arms of Winter Haven. My favorite thing about our community is the peaceful atmosphere. When we need help, the office staff is always there for us. Tian and Renee are incredible. When we need assistance, they are at the forefront to help with any of our needs. Looking forward to another year!
