This is, without a doubt, the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have lived in many different apartment communities, and I have never experienced this level of poor management and lack of concern for residents.
For over six months, I have been dealing with excessive noise from my upstairs neighbors, especially at night. I have recorded the noise, exactly as management requested, and provided all of the evidence. Despite this, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the issue.
The constant noise like someone is moving furniture has seriously affected my sleep, and it has been especially difficult because I have a baby who wakes up and cries at night. I have repeatedly contacted management and followed every step they asked me to take. I was told to call the courtesy patrol, but they never answer. I have been calling for weeks and months, and I cannot get anyone to respond.
Whenever I go to the office in person, I am simply told, “Yes, we’ll talk to them,” but nothing actually changes. There is no meaningful follow-up, no solution, and no indication that management genuinely cares about resolving the problem.
It feels like the only thing management is good at is making sure rent is paid on time and reminding residents when payment is due. But when you actually have a serious problem and need their help, they are nowhere to be found.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and cannot wait to move out. Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. If you value peace, sleep, and having management that actually listens to and supports its residents, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Our experience with the leasing process was frustrating from beginning to end.
The application process took **10 long days**, and we were repeatedly told the timeline might be extended even further. During that time, we had to contact Cambridge ourselves several times just to get basic information and status updates.
The move-in quote was also confusing. The value of the advertised **two months free rent** and the additional bonus were **not clearly reflected or explained** in the move-in estimate, making it difficult to understand the true financial breakdown.
We were also disappointed that we were **unable to tour the actual apartment**. On **Saturday, July 11**, we were told we could not see the unit because the manager, Shantelle, was working alone. Later, after discovering that what we had assumed was a storage area was actually a **mechanical room** (something that was not disclosed on the floor plan), we requested to see the unit again to evaluate potential noise. Our requests were denied on three separate occasions.
Another surprise was the financial requirements. In addition to the **$300 refundable security deposit**, we were required to obtain a guarantor and pay a **non-refundable fee equal to 70% of one month's rent**, which significantly increased the move-in cost.
Throughout the process, we did not feel welcomed. Communication was slow, the numbers were not presented clearly, and we found it difficult to get straightforward answers. Our interactions with Shantelle left us feeling unsupported, and Jake came across as dismissive and rude.
Transparency, responsiveness, and customer service were not the strengths of our experience. Future applicants should ask for a complete written breakdown of all move-in costs, concessions, guarantor fees, and request to see the exact unit before making a final decision.

I’ve lived in this community for a while, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have changed under the new management.
One of the best parts of living here used to be the community events. They were well organized, fun, and really brought residents together. Unfortunately, the events have become very cheap, lack creativity, and the overall quality has dropped significantly. It honestly feels like management is cutting corners instead of investing in the resident experience.
I’ve also noticed that several valuable staff members who made this community feel welcoming are no longer here, and it shows. The atmosphere isn’t the same anymore.
I hope management takes residents’ feedback seriously and works to bring back the level of quality and community spirit that made this place special in the first place. Right now, it’s a huge disappointment.

The office staff and maintenance team have always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which I really appreciate.
Unfortunately, the technology (part of their mandatory $100/monthly charge) here has been a major disappointment. The internet service goes down CONSTANTLY (several times a month), and since there's little to no cell service inside the buildings, it's difficult to use your hotspot. I've had to leave my apartment during the workday just to get internet access for meetings.
Also, the apartment itself shows signs of poor build quality (pictures attached).
Lastly, parking is limited, especially in the evenings.
Overall, the staff deserve credit, but the recurring internet issues, limited parking, use of poor/hurried construction in the buildings, and location (close to toll roads) are important factors to consider.

We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to move here! From the moment we arrived, every day has felt like a luxurious getaway at a five-star resort. The meticulously manicured landscaping, serene atmosphere, and overall charm of the community create a perpetual vacation ambiance right at home.
The level of customer service provided by the Leasing Office—from Property Manager Lucy, Assistant Manager Roxanne, Leasing Agents Tahlia and Edwin, to Chief Housekeeper Christa and the Maintenance Team—has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone has been warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making our move-in experience seamless and enjoyable.
Just recently, we had the pleasure of attending the community's inaugural resident social mixer by the pool, and it was a delightful affair. The staff did a fantastic job with hot dogs, burgers, and refreshments, ensuring the event was well-organized, welcoming, and full of fun. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with our neighbors and further integrate into this wonderful community.
We feel truly fortunate to call this place home and eagerly anticipate the experiences yet to come!
