I would like to Highly Commend one of your finest Managers, Joshua Denard at store#12166, who was extremely cordial, efficient and kind to us in our last visit last weekend. Joshua was exceptionally nice and respectful to us which is very rare these days especially from a young man. I requested his name and store nbr to take this time to highly commend his services! Thanks again Joshua!🙂

I go to this Popeyes somewhat regularly. I love the food. However you regularly can’t order any item other than chicken or fries after 8pm. Don’t ever try to get Mac and cheese after 7:30. They flat out won’t do it. Not sure why. And any new items, don’t think about it later than 8. Makes you feel like the local management is doing it out of convenience. Yesterday I was told I couldn’t get any classic tenders. It’s getting to the point I don’t want to try anymore. Which is sad because the food is great.

This is my go-to Popeyes location, it's the fastest one I've ever been to! I love their chicken sandwiches - nobody even comes close (I've tried them all), and I've noticed that they're better at some locations than others (especially this one). I keep coming back to this location, even though it's more than 30 miles away, because the food and service is that much better than ANY Popeyes that I've ever visited! They never let me down. AWESOME JOB! Not to be missed!

I came in yesterday around noon and there was a tall guy with glasses and a black shirt that was very snappy when i came in, he wasn’t friendly or respectful towards customers. i saw crew workers grabbing the french fries bare handed, no gloves whatsoever. seems extremely unsanitary. if this is how they serve food where visible to customers, i can’t imagine how bad it actually is in their kitchen. DO NOT RECOMMEND! i couldn’t even eat my food after the thought of how it could have been handled ‘behind closed doors’.

I used to ride hard for the Classic Chicken Sandwich at Popeyes. It was legendary. It had presence. It had authority. It walked into the room before I did.
Now? It feels like I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a chicken tender that accidentally wandered onto a bun.
The bun is still fluffy. The pickles are still doing their thing. But the chicken? It’s giving “I tried.” I remember when the filet actually hung over the sides like it paid rent there. Now I have to check under the bun like I’m looking for hidden treasure.
Did inflation hit the chickens too? Are they on portion control? Blink twice if you need help.
Still tasty, still crispy, but I miss the days when the sandwich felt like a commitment instead of a snack. Bring back the big chicken energy.
