The food is always fresh and well-prepared, and the portions usually fine— if you want a little extra OR less of something, just ask! My lunch was delicious as always, and the Chipotle Honey Chicken was definitely the highlight. Great service and a consistently good experience!

I had a very positive experience at this Chipotle today. I ordered the Honey Chicken Bowl. I was respectfully greeted and was given good/normal portion sizes for all the items I wanted. I was definitely satisfied with that.

Because of the friendliness of the team and the good portion sizes, I told myself that I definitely had to leave a review for this location...and I’m doing that as I’m eating.

I had read many recent negative reviews before my visit, so I honestly was not expecting my experience to be this good. Maybe things are improving after the negative reviews, but my experience today has been great. Keep up the good work!

Just drive the extra mile to go to the one on Gratiot. Food was made wrong the first time on both items and salsa was spilled everywhere. Went back and waited in line for nearly 20 mins for them to remake it, and one of them is completely burnt, the other one is half empty and so is my guac. Just drive a damn mile up the road

j usually love chipotle. this is my local one. the last couple times theyve gotten the orders slightly wrong. whatever. this time i got mid way through my burrito and found a giant piece of plastic. big fat sourcream packet edge. ok dude.

So im sad to do this because the customer service here is always great. Never had a issue. Its the portions of food! Why am I getting a bowl with 3 GIANT heaps of rice!? My bowl was over flowing before I even added anything else with just rice. Ate mt bowl with my very small amount of chicken and I still have all this rice left! Why?? Im not going to full blame the store because 1. Like i said the service is great- store is always decently clean- and it could be chipotle telling them to do this idk i used to have 0 issues here until the last few months. Very disappointed...
