Needed the concentrator replaced for Mom because the plug broke. Guy from Lincare came and left a replacement and never plugged it in to check if it worked. Mom turned it on and it was broken. The guy pulled the wrong one off the truck. Called back and now 5 hours later he still hasn’t come back to replace the concentrator and we have one tank of oxygen left. Oh yeah. He didn’t leave her any oxygen either. My mother is on 24/7 oxygen which they are well aware of. I’m completely baffled at how awful this is. Picture is of the condenser he left with my mother. Broken. I might have to bring her to the hospital because she’s gonna run out of oxygen but Lincare could care less.

I have been using Lincare for 6 years. The service has continued to improve each year. The individuals who take your supply orders are very thorough and pleasant. Delivery is properly scheduled for the day designated for my area. Most of my deliveries are made by Joseph. He always calls me on my delivery date to make sure I will be there and his expected arrival time. Joseph is very organized and knowledgeable. The people who make deliveries when Joseph is not available also provide very good service. Joe Collins

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Andres for the past several months since being diagnosed with COPD.His patience & knowledge has made my experience more tolerable & I look forward to seeing him on my delivery days. Thank you Andres for everything you do!!! Aside from Andres,my only problem is the time it takes to be eligible for a portable tank.I was told it would take a few months but it's been almost 7 months and I'm still lugging around the big tanks.

8 years ago , my mom Sonia was put on oxygen. From this day Lincare , Joseph has never missed a beat.
The service is great , from the girls in office ordering supplies to our Driver , Joseph that delivers and updates you the day he delivers. He is kind and promptly puts oxygen tanks where they are needed.
Wish there were more stars..

Joseph is my delivery driver and he is phenomenal. Very kind and helpful. He goes out of his way and has made accommodations for me over the years. Renaldo is the driver I have had for the past few weeks and substitutes for Joseph when he is away. He is also a very kind young man. These two gentlemen are definitely an asset to Lincare. Keep up the good work
