I had an excellent experience selecting frames for my new eyeglass prescription today at Warby Parker today in South Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. Rosie was outstanding in every way, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. She showed me a variety of frames to choose from. She made sure my prescription was appropriate for the frames I was choosing. She appropriately offered and outlined all the various options for the lenses and frames. It was an excellent Customer Service experience.

Great experience purchasing glasses for my daughter. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The glasses look great and are affordable. The store handled any needed adjustments to her frame. Great customer service - highly recommend.

I had a great experience in Warby Parker SouthPark. There were tons of frames, the staff was super friendly and helpful (especially Rowen!), the process was seamless, and I’m very excited about my new glasses. I’m grateful to have received wonderful service, and I highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Warby Parker SouthPark location.

I had an eye exam scheduled for 2:55 PM. Knowing I was going to be about 10 minutes late, I tried calling the store to let them know. To my surprise, there is no way to contact the store directly. Instead, I was routed to a national customer service representative who had to send an email to the store on my behalf. For something as simple as notifying the office that I was running a few minutes late, this process is completely unnecessary and inefficient.

I arrived at the store at 3:00 PM. Despite my concern about being slightly late, I was told the staff wasn’t ready for me anyway and was asked to browse the store while I waited.

After waiting another 30 minutes, I checked in again. Only then was I told there was an audio issue with the doctor and they were still trying to fix it. No one had proactively updated me during that entire wait.

I asked whether they could simply text or call me once the issue is resolved so I wouldn’t have to continue sitting in the store. Instead, I was told they had two more appointments scheduled later this afternoon, implying they couldn’t accommodate my request. I found this response incredibly frustrating. If your audio issue caused me to wait over 30 minutes, why not adjust the later appointments the same way my appointment was effectively delayed?

The most frustrating part was that I was made to feel as though I should reschedule even though I was already at the location and had already spent significant time waiting because of an issue entirely on Warby Parker’s side.

This experience reflects poor communication, inflexible customer service, and an appointment system that places all the burden on the customer. It’s unacceptable that customers cannot contact the store directly, are left waiting without updates, and are then expected to rearrange their own schedules because of problems caused by the store.

I expected much better from Warby Parker.

I got my glasses here over 2 years ago. It was my first time needing glasses for all day use. I'd done some research online and when I went in to this location I was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. I showed one of them the glasses I'd looked at online, he said these 2 might be good on you but probably not the 3rd ones - he grabbed the first 2 and some others that he thought would work and he was totally right. Very helpful, very professional, glasses arrived at my house within the week. I've also stopped by a couple of times when I'm at the mall to ask them to tighten them for me and they quickly tighten them and clean them every time. Excellent service and quality, I'll definitely be back
