Wish I could give this place a negative star rating!! Awful experience at my last appointment so after 2 years of my family being customers we will never be returning. I was made to wait for over an hour to even be seen for my appt (can only assume it was because I declined the up charged extra scan) and then when I questioned why I was waiting so long I was called names, mocked and belittled. This was the absolute worst experience I have had to date. Alan Jones should be ashamed of his behavior and so should the staff in that office, just disgusting. Just wanted to share so you can take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Corey is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He fit two pairs of glasses for me perfectly and was very patient with me while I decided on my contact lens purchase. He did all of this with a very friendly attitude. He clearly enjoys his job and does it well!

I had a great experience with the customer service here. I wanna give a special shout out to Corey for taking the time to really help me and explain things clearly. When I first came in, I didn't have much prior knowledge about the Meta glasses, but Corey took his time to walk me through them. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I also came back with an issue I was having with my progressive lenses, and Corey carefully looked at the situation and explained what might be causing the problem. He showed me how to properly clean the lenses, recommended a better microfiber cloth, and told me they even refill the cleaning solution for free, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt supported and not rushed. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this location.

I ordered my son’s glasses on February 20. At that time they took my son‘s insurance. My special-needs son broke his glasses. I went into the office to try to get them repaired. I was informed that they no longer accept his insurance.. I stated to the clerk that that was fine and that if I could be pointed in the direction of frames that would fit his lenses. She said she didn’t know and that she had to ask her manager. I repeated to the clerk that I understand insurance will not pay. I will pay out-of-pocket. She went on to tell me again that my son’s Medicaid is not accepted. I believe she just didn’t want to assist me. That’s fine will take my business elsewhere.

Loved the doctor that did my exam. But I would suggest doing research on warranties for various lens before buying the $40 replacement warranty. I purchased lens with the crizal rock coating I was not told that crizal has a 2 year replacement warranty for scratches and normal wear on lens with their coating. I learned this from another eye care place. I know if you read its a warranty that says replacement of broken glasses, scratches , lost glasses and so on but its only good for one time. But my lens became scratched and I was asked several times if I understood the warranty was only good for a one time use and replacement. Not once told my lens were covered under a manufacturer warranty also. So do your own research first, you can look up crizals warranty and it clearly says to contact the provider for replacement lens.
