Worst store ever. I was told my TV Stand would be put together but it arrived in boxes. I am 80 years old and can not put this together. Will not buy anything from this store. I'm about to buy all new appliances for my kitchen but it will not be this x%* store.

I purchased a very expensive mattress and box spring from Hamid Zafar, and had the option of different box springs. The one we chose made the bed so high that my wife had trouble getting into bed. After 2 days , I went to the store and asked for the shallower unit. I was told to try it for 3 weeks to make a decision on the mattress, because I only had one chance to change, and they wanted me to be sure it was what we wanted. After 3 weeks, I went to the store to change the box spring, and was told it would have to be billed out, and I would have to pay for delivery. I was told originally that it was "satisfaction guaranteed", and I had already paid too much for a cheap cover and delivery. This will be my last purchase from the Brick. I will be sure to tell my friends about this experience.

Was supposed to get an item I purchased delivered but upon delivery they didn't even try to get it into my house just stated they didn't think it would fit. Then proceeded to state I need to just buy something else. They didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all and I was very unimpressed with them not even trying at all. They just loaded it up and told me I would have to contact them to get it they wouldn't just leave it with me to figure out even though I said that was what I wanted to do

purchased a swivel chair at the beginning of dec. and were assured that it would be here in time for Christmas. in actual fact it did not arrive until the 12th of january!
went to store to purchase leather chairs & couches...was told that we would not recieve them in time for christmas after spending 2 hours in store selecting the couches. not very impressed with thier business.
