At least before if you didn't sully them with cash you could at least have someone else check you out but now they insist that you do your own check out as well. And then leave the building and go across the street to get your product. And I mean, get your product though they did kindly put it on a cart for me to take out of the building, load, and bring the cart back to them. Bless them, a perfect lack of service in both locations. Bless their hearts!
And, while waiting, I read their sign saying that while they do deliver it costs an extra 10 dollars PER floor if their delivery people have to push a number over 3 on the elevator. Maybe they could wave that if you pushed the buttons for them?
Guess where I won't be buying my new furniture from? Or my new kitchen? You got it!
