I went to RET in Totem Lake with for treatment for L4/L5 back issues and feel very fortunate to have been assigned to the PT Sydney. Sydney is "very" knowledgeable which is helpful as she explains what each exercise is doing for me, which I find motivational for when I'm exercising on my own. I would recomemnd her if you can get in to see her, as you need to book out ahead as she's very in demand there.

This Physical Therapy has help me transition to be able to start walking on my surgical foot. They also given me exercise for the rest of my body to shape also as I haven’t been active for a month.

I had a great experience with Josh. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what was going on with my injury. Every session felt purposeful, and the exercises were clearly explained and tailored to my progress. I started noticing improvement much sooner than I expected. The whole team at the clinic is friendly and professional, and the environment is very welcoming. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing physical therapy.

I could not be more pleased with RET, they are wonderful! Your professionals are the best! From the first day I was in consultation with Sidney my PT, it was a very positive experience. She listened and took careful note of my symptoms, she also communicated each of the findings and informed me about the work we should do to achieve my recovery. During every appointment, she keeps an eye out for me.
