Every time: there’s something wrong with my order. Drive through, dine in or delivery. It’s been going down hill for a while. I remember when this joint opened. Today I ordered the fish and shrimp meal for delivery. I had no straw .I went and got one. Returning to my meal, I had no utensils. They gave me 14 tarter packs and three napkins. KFC has gotten just as bad. The prices have steadily risen.

Customer service in the drive thru was completely unprofessional and hostile. It wasn’t busy, so they wouldn’t even be able to begin to blame it on that. The speaker box was broken- couldn’t hear anything they said, which didn’t help the experience. When I notified the guy at the window, shrugged and said, “oh I guess they never fixed that”. The guy taking the order had no idea what was going on, and the young woman that took over for him was very curt- almost like they had a race to see who could do the worst customer service in the least amount of time. Haven’t had this place in a while, and will surely never return. Get some staff wide customer service training ASAP. Food was ok though…. To say the least.

This place is so dirty. Dirty and sticky floors. Almost every table was dirty. Food was ok. Plus they had a mountain dew flavor I haven't had before. I did like that. I haven't been to a Long John Silver's in 15 years. Probably will be another 15 years before I ever come back. Do better!

I love Long John Silver's and this one is no exception! They always give you extra crumbs if you ask, the food is mostly fresh and hot (unless you get there at an odd hour), and the employees have always been pleasant to me.

I missed eating @Long John Silver's ever since they closed alot of stores, glad I found one in Buda..it was Tasty ! like I remember 😃
