Don’t go there. They will try to charge you for extra services that aren’t needed. I literally bought an air filter a week ago, and they claimed it was dirty and needed to be replaced. It seemed like they didn’t even check it. When we inspected it ourselves, it was obviously clean.

They also wanted to charge me for a tire on a brand-new car that I rarely drive. The Groupon promotion is misleading because the advertised price does not include taxes.

They took the tire off and then refused to inflate it or rotate it unless I bought a tire from them. Don’t go there.

The manager John was super l helpful with my Subaru. I drive like a bat out of hell, and he showed me my old tires and how bald they were with wires poking out. The prices here are amazing and the service is fantastic.

I brought my car here for an oil change. Afterward, I noticed a burning oil smell and smoke coming from my engine. I took it to a mechanic who said that the oil filter was left dangerously loose, causing a huge oil leak and putting me at risk for serious engine damage.

You’d think that a shop that left your oil filter loose during a standard procedure would own up to their error and quickly rectify it. Not the case. I spent almost four weeks calling and emailing without any movement on their end. They gave me the runaround until I threatened to take them to small claims court, which was the impetus that finally got me my reimbursement.

When I finally did get compensated, the store manager had the gall to say something like, “I’ll bet you’re feeling better now.” He acted like he was doing me some sort of favor instead of giving me what was owed after forcing me to chase him down repeatedly.

Do not go here. They need serious technical and customer service training, and you’ll be putting your car and wallet at risk.

I would never recommend coming to this place/shop. I went in on Memorial Day with a flat tire. The representative who assisted me said he would take care of me. He recommended to have all 4 tires replaced. I agreed and gave him a deposit. He said, don't worry I got you, you will leave today with NEW tires. I stepped out to do some errands while he ordered the tires. Couple of hours went by and he didn't call, so I called him to check on the status of the tires. He again reassured me, that my truck would be ready the day of service. Time went by I called back at 3:15, and there was no answer. I decided to stop by and the shop was closed! This is very unethical and shocking to know that this happened in my own state. It's unheard of, out of this world! Unbelievable!

The story doesn't end! Tuesday the following day, I called to speak to a manager. I spoke to Michael explained my situation and asked for my deposit back because I felt uncomfortable to continue with my tire installation. I felt like they were no longer a trustworthy company. Michael, said he could not give me my deposit back. He said I know who helped you and I don't blame him. He said, the employees should have never worked on Memorial Day and they were not going to get paid. That is irrelevant of what they put me through. It is not my fault!

This employee continued to lie to me, and kept my hopes up. He could have easily said it won't be done until tomorrow. However, he lied and lied with no empathy.

I was able to get my deposit back because I had to threaten to take them to court. Michael refused to give me his district manager's contact information.
