When I first reached out to them they answered my questions, walked me through the process and gave me realistic expectations for how long it would take. I felt good about choosing them and was able to drop my car off the same day.

The work got done in a timely manner and I appreciated the updates via text messages. I felt well informed the whole time.

The expected time frame to get my car fixed was around two weeks, and to my surprise I was able to pick it up way sooner (half the time) than anticipated which was a big plus. I really appreciate the great customer service that was provided from the team as well, and want to give a huge thank you to both Danna and Angel for getting back to us along the way and addressing our concerns including financials prior to delivery. After receiving my vehicle, Danna went over the work that was done, as well as leaving us with quality workmanship. I definitely recommend this location for their attentiveness, transparency and standard.

100% ignore the bad reviews here. This place was great! Allstate dragged their feet taking care of it, but these people made it so easy. Right when Allstate called me about taking it in for a quote, I wasn't in town. I called, and they gave me everything I needed to know, so a family member could drop it off. I got the quote of when it would be done, and it was actually done a whole week and a half early, which in these cases is pretty rare. Called and explained I was still out of town. They e-mailed me papers to sign and release my car to someone picking it up, and it was all so hassle-free. Opt in for the text message updates and they'll update you almost every other day as well. So their communication aspect is amazing as well if you utilize the tools they're offering.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I got everything done in a very timely manner, all during a very frustrating time with Allstate. I would highly recommend this place if you're ever in the need to get something done.
