After hitting a post, I had to find a repair shop. I decided to try my neighborhood body shop and I am so happy I did. I was able to get a quick and fair quote and my car was ready on the day they said it would be. The reviews that talk about their friendliness are not exaggerated! Although I hope I never need them again, I would never take my car anywhere else now.

I was delighted with every aspect of my experience working with Holman's. When I took my car in for an estimate the staff was kind, understanding, clear in their communication and incredibly thorough in their review of the damage. The estimate turned out to be spot on! Their estimator is very experienced and bolstered my confidence that they would do a good job on the repair. I had body and paint work done on both bumpers and rear gate. They were helpful and communicative throughout the repair process (which took less time than anticipated!!). When I picked up the car I was stunned! It looked brand new! The painter did an incredible job matching the color (which is a tricky orange, especially on a 10+ year old car). They even detailed the inside and outside of the car. It hasn't looked this good in years! I was so impressed. I was not expecting this extraordinary level of customer service and actual care and integrity in their work. (I might be a little jaded having previously taken my car to large, national chains who don't care for much beyond profit.) It is so worth going to your local, independent, "mom and pop" shop. I can't recommend Holman's enough! Can I give them 6 stars?

Exceptional service by Holman’s Body Shop! I had a dent in my car from debris on the road and some other minor scratches. I was able to get a walk-in estimate, schedule a repair date 2 weeks out, and pick up my car 2 days after drop-off. The estimate is reasonable and the car looks great!

My 2½ y/o truck was rear-ended. They kept it from being totaled (had something to do with the frame). I had first gone to the place my insurance company sends people to (think baby food brand) & felt very uncomfortable giving them my truck to fix. It seemed that they took whatever showed up & worked you in. In the meantime your driving a rental car for 3 weeks. I was reminded of Holmans after a friend told me of their and a friend's experience at the unnamed place. When I went to Holmans Amanda was able to show me some of the damage just from some pics she took by crawling underneath. So frame damage (not a good sign) and some other minor things. She also told me that it would probably take a week, maybe two. Her first appt was available 2 weeks away. This said to me that they were scheduling in what they were able to do when they said they could actually work on your car; and not park it until the could work it in.
So I dropped it off on a Monday & the next week on Tuesday it was ready to pick up. They did a great job without any hassle. They were fair & straight forward. I hope I don't, but if I ever have to have work done again, I'll definately be going back there to have my work done!
I also saw something about them donating (some of?) their profits to charities & did we have any suggestions: I nominate Cat City just down the street from them.
Thanks again, Amanda, for your personal touch!

Wow! People at Holman's are amazing and you can see their great work in the photos (A picture is worth a thousand words).

I had an excellent experience: Gina walked me through the whole process, from estimate and specifics on what needs to be repaired/replaced, to walking me through what are the required repairs after the break down, even went above and beyond to get the best prices for parts, and gave me a discount at the end knowing I was paying out of pocket.

I even met the owner when I was picking up my car (he drove it to me) and learned that they are family owned and have been around for a long time. I also admire how they have set up their work shifts for high efficiency and effective work. I dropped off my car Monday morning and they were done by Thursday afternoon - super impressive. They also held my car for a day since I was too busy to pick it up the same day.

I highly recommend this place for their honestly, craftsmanship, and great service!
