Today 08/27/2026 at 6:30pm I went to Chipotle and I’m honestly so disappointed. 😩 DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! The guacamole was HORRIBLE—like, clearly not good at all. What made it even worse was that the manager knew the guacamole was bad and didn’t even look surprised when I mentioned it. Like… you KNOW it’s bad and you’re still serving it?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ you’re stealing money from your customers and probably making them sick.

And the chips were insanely salty! I seriously can’t believe they’re charging extra for guacamole when they know it’s not even good. I paid for a burrito and got what felt like a bunch of random crap thrown inside. 😭 Definitely not worth the money. I’m so disappointed!

You have the worst employees ever. Literally never smiled and acted like we were an inconvenience for ordering. There was no interaction. No thank you. No hello, no nothing. We are not the only ones who feel this way. I told my friends of my experience and they said they never go to this location because of that.

I have been to many Chipotles. I have seen things. This one is different.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a casual Chipotle visitor. I am a veteran. I have eaten my way through locations across Southern California with the focus of a man on a mission and the stomach of someone who has never once learned his lesson. I have stood in lines. I have waited for guac. I have been disappointed.

Chipotle Foothill Ranch has ended my suffering.

It started with a steak quesadilla that I was fully prepared to be mediocre about. I've had quesadillas at other locations that arrived looking like they lost a fight with the press. Sad. Deflated. A cry for help wrapped in a tortilla.

Not here.

This quesadilla came out like it had something to prove. Golden. Crispy on the outside in a way that felt almost deliberate, like someone back there actually cared about the structural integrity of my lunch. The steak was seasoned correctly, distributed evenly, and present in quantities that suggested quality and care.

And here's what separates Foothill Ranch from the rest of the Chipotle industrial complex: consistency. Every other location is a gamble. You spin the wheel. Sometimes you win, sometimes you get a burrito that's 80% rice and a look that says "sorry, we're almost out of everything."

Not here. Not once.

Foothill Ranch just operates on a different frequency. The staff is locked in. The quesadilla press is clearly being treated with respect. The atmosphere is right.

I've done the research so you don't have to. This is the one. Make the drive. Order the steak quesadilla. You will not be the same person who walked in.

Nice and clean location with friendly team members. Very helpful with recommendations and super quick. No long lines. They have rices cauliflower now which is super cool. We got the Bowl and a burrito. 💣 wish my steak wasn’t cold though. That was a bummer.
