I know it’s a gas station so I’m not expecting amazing service, but this was just rude. The lady at the breakfast and donuts place was mindlessly scrolling on her phone the whole time, with the volume all the way up.
I said good morning and she didn’t even respond. Then I asked what her best breakfast sandwich was and she just shook her head, said “I don’t know,” and went right back to her phone.
It felt very dismissive so I just left without ordering.

Top notch service 2 days in a row I was met with nothing but smiles one person I want to note especially Hanna she is a hustler and she’s literally one of the kindest and nicest people I’ve encountered and it’s one of the most welcoming and caring individuals I’ve had the pleasure to meet so thank you for the greatest customer experiences I’ve had In a lil bit she should get a raise especially for all those who are having a bad day her smile turns it around that’s a keeper !

I just moved to the highland area... My mission is to get the morning honey dew woman to smile... However... Everyone is always on point and polite the last 10 times I've been in. Surprised at all the negative review. Smile🤔🙄😎

11/27 Only person InThe store last night, & the clerk (male) acted as if I asked him to to do 100 things outside of his job category. (Only asked about the lottery) while purchasing my other items. The micro aggression, and snappy replies were unwarranted. Also was never offered a bag for the items I bought, I just carried them out in hand. Do better Honey Farms! I'll be sure to spend my money elsewhere!

I lived in Worcester for a short time on Highland Street & I used to walk to this store daily. I'm very surprised by all of the negative reviews, because I've always had pleasant experiences here! The store is well stocked, clean, & opens early til late at night, sales associates are usually very friendly & courteous. They do have a public restroom for customers convenience that I believe you need a key for (not sure if that's changed? Haven't been recently!) There is also both a Honeydew Donuts & D'Angelo's inside of this establishment. ATM on site. Gasoline. Cold beverages, snacks, premade sandwiches, lottery, newspapers, tobacco, just to name a few things. Usually at least two employees working the counter to assist customers & they are clearly familiar with working in a fast paced environment. Even when lines get long, they have no trouble keeping up & having it moving quickly. Handicapped accessible store/restrooms & handicapped parking available. Prices are reasonable. Ask for a honey money card to help you save & request it be scanned each time you pay.
