STAY AWAY from Zancor Homes builder!! Poor quality builder, using cheap materials and dealing with unprofessional subcontractors. We bought the house 2 years ago. We have wavy floor and ceiling. Moreover, we still have a lot of leaks in our home, and now because of their neglecting behavior we have a mold. However, they are continuing to ignore us: don’t answer our emails and phone calls. The customer service is not existing. My husband went to their CUSTOMER OFFICE to receive the answers about mold remediation and leakage repair, so they kicked him out of the office and called the police. Really!!!! So, where is our 100% customer satisfaction and luxury homes- as they promise in their ads? I am strongly not recommended to buy homes from Zancor Home builder.

Zancor quality & customer service is really bad, wish I never walked into their sales centre. I'm stuck with this house I've been trying to sell for awhile but buyer's are staying away once they've been inside the house.
Stay away from Zanzor Homes

PS: Zancor is all about money (more so than other builders)
