Poor workmanship and customer service.. Trades people put little effort in their work.. Site manager is not a happy person to deal with.. Hard to get them to come back to fix anything or replace.. Use low grade materials.. Worst thing we ever did was purchase a home from them..

Zancor quality & customer service is really bad, wish I never walked into their sales centre. I'm stuck with this house I've been trying to sell for awhile but buyer's are staying away once they've been inside the house.
Stay away from Zanzor Homes

PS: Zancor is all about money (more so than other builders)
