We want to express our deep gratitude to Mario Dion. Building a house for the first time is an exciting but stressful project! We always received accurate information from Mélanie and Marcel, whether it was regarding prices, extras, or the timeline. Everything was always communicated and addressed quickly and precisely. It's a family business where warmth is palpable! We loved our experience. We loved the subcontractors, especially Lacroix Decor, which offers a wide selection of quality products! If we were to build again, we would choose Mario Dion without hesitation! A talented, hardworking, and above all, attentive team! Mélanie's exceptional communication was one of my favorite aspects of this project! I could always count on her! Thank you to the entire team! You created our love nest, and we are so grateful!

Building a house 🏠 for the first time is both an exciting and stressful project. With Construction Mario Dion 👷 for the construction of our home in Cap-Santé, we felt well supported from start to finish. Mélanie was a great listener 👂 and offered invaluable advice 💎, while her brother Marcel's extensive experience in the field was very reassuring when we had questions about aspects of the construction process 🔨. We also received excellent feedback from subcontractors and friends who had previously worked with them 🤝, which further strengthened our confidence. It's an honest, friendly, and welcoming family business, and we are very happy with the final result. Of course, these thanks also go to their entire team, without whom none of this would have been possible. The quality and finish of their work is impeccable. Signing with Construction Mario Dion means signing up for peace of mind.

Thank you a thousand times over 🫶🏻🙏🏻

We undertook a turnkey new home construction project in the Portneuf region, and the company supported us from start to finish in an extremely professional manner. This was our first project of this kind, and all our questions and concerns were addressed perfectly. We are very happy with our experience working with them. I highly recommend this builder for your various projects.
