When my boyfriend calls to have his paperwork folded, he's always well served by a woman named Joanie. The billing is always accurate and very clear. Excellent service at this place! 😀

I've had the opportunity to do business with Unibec Champel a few times, and the service I received from Joanie has always been impeccable. Her communication skills, whether by email or phone, are remarkable: she is always polite, attentive, and efficient. In-store, the welcome is warm and professional. It's the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Thank you, Joanie, for your excellent work!
